Congli Dong

Lead Coordinator

“Meerhoven is a family-friendly neighbourhood with good facilities and nature. As an active person in social life, I am willing to connect people and to create a more interactive and happy community for internationals and locals.”

I work as a lead coordinator at the Meerhoven Internationals Platform. I moved to Meerhoven in 2015, and became the contact person between the platform and external organisations. Since then, I have initiated and executed projects in the platform and developed cooperation with other organisations. I have a helicopter view of all the projects and I am a team player. I motivate myself and others to work together. I have successfully led the team to organise several projects. The Dutch Learning project allowed more than 40 internationals to learn Dutch in the neighbourhood and the Career Development Workshop with Expat Spouses Initiative made a positive impact on professional development for internationals.

I am working together with our MIP team members to create opportunities and make an impact for internationals in Meerhoven to help them connect and integrate.

Francesca Boscolo Bibi

I moved to Meerhoven from Italy in early 2016 together with my mixed Mexican-Italian family. After living in several countries in Europe, we made this place home! I am a European funding manager and I work in Meerhoven too. I started volunteering for the Meerhoven Internationals Platform in 2017, after attending the Dutch course organised by the MIP itself. Having a school aged daughter, I am mainly involved in MIP activities in cooperation with the neighbourhood schools and in child friendly events.

Diana Angelova

I am from Bulgaria and moved to the Netherlands with my family in the summer of 2015. Meerhoven attracted us with its fine location, beautiful spacious park and a good quality of life.

In the recent years Meerhoven has become a unique ecosystem with its cultural diversity and highly educated people coming from all over the world and I’ve embraced the idea to contribute to this interesting and diverse society.

I find it important to support various social initiatives, so in 2017 I have joined the platform, helping the team with the coordination of the projects and various educational and social events.
